As Director of the University of Houston Law Center’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, she has coached national competitors in negotiation and mediation, sharing her passion for fostering meaningful conversations that lead to real change.
Whether working with individuals, small businesses, or teams in conflict, Megan’s goal is simple: to help people move forward—not just with a solution, but with greater clarity, mutual respect, and confidence in their ability to communicate through future challenges.
